SUCCESS PROCLAIMED, SUCCESS ATTAINED AND SUCCESS MAINTAINED BY EZEKIEL MOSES

Success proclaimed, success attained and success maintained are three different things. Visions, prophesies, dreams, aspirations don’t fulfill themselves. God has always designed seed time and harvest time but without the sowing of the seed by the farmer it all sill bore down to futility. God always needs a man, he is a Spirit, even Jesus had to come down from heaven in the form of a man, before man could be saved. For “God did not cause it to rain because there was no man to till the ground."

The fruitfulness on the ground is not what is in question here but the willingness, the patience, the focus and persistence of man to till the ground, commands the rain that brings the desired increase.

Proclaiming ‘I have a vision or I am successful’ does not really make anybody successful. Success is not determined by what you say only but by what you do. What you say is important no doubt because it is supposed to direct your passion and to achieving a determined goal but good talk without a corresponding action is dead talk. Success proclaimed is the beginning of the process, it is not the end but a means to an end. Many people are good talkers, some achieve their relevance and pride from what they say in front of people to get favor but talk only is nothing. Therefore success proclaimed is a ladder designed to take you to the next level in your destiny walk.
Success proclaimed builds in you hope and desire, success proclaimed makes you see or have an insight into the big picture of your life. Yes I tell people you are what you think, you become what you say, this also is a process leading somewhere. Success proclaimed is writing down the vision. Writing down the vision is not the same as making the vision plain. Making the vision plain is work, work and work all the way but until the vision is made plan no man sees it and no man runs with it.

Success attained is the next stage in the ladder of success in life. When small victories and successes begin to show up, when you finally see a glimpse of what you have always dream about, many people stop here. They forget about what they are called to do, they become comfortable in their comfort zone, we begin to stay cool in little achievements, we want bigger titles, and we want more respect and trust from people forgetting that we have to earn it. In fact Jesus said, the greater should be the smallest and servant of all.

Attaining a height of success is good but there is something more that we have not tapped into. Staying on a realm of success is retrogression, no matter how hard you try you will soon become outdated. Being progressive in success is what leads to maintaining success. Many people think attaining success is fun, time to relax and pose as a celebrity, no! It’s time for more work. Remember work took you from success proclaimed to success attained, now more work needs to be done. Success is work and hard work for that matter. Success places on you more responsibility than you had before. Success is not an excuse for irresponsibility, success attained is not an opportunity to go to bed, boos people about, give commandments and instruction sit and do nothing. Success attained should produce a new leadership spirit and leadership by example for that matter. When a leader dissociates himself from his followers, he is digging his early grave. What truly is leadership without followership? In fact the size, relevance, and loyalty of your followership determine how effective you are as a leader.

Success attained is good but it’s a dangerous point in life because everything you do, say, your decision affects more people, your strength and weaknesses becomes magnified than ever before, your continues success now depends on the strength of your character, your flexibility to learn and adjust to situations, your sincerity to your followers and your integrity in fulfilling your words and promises to people. Many leaders are not sincere, many think you must know it all because you have attained some level of success as a leader but nobody is designed to know it all that’s why you always will need somebody, nobody succeeds in isolation, so when you don’t know it be real be sincere admit it, learn and move on. I have seen leaders who lie and manipulate their followers and call it wisdom, but a lie is a lie, white or black and wisdom is not deceitful.

Success maintained is the part that I love so well because it does not matter that you were once successful if you now live in failure. Wealth is not for all generations because there are people who make wealth and there are people who meet wealth. Those who make wealth understand the patience, the wisdom, the sufferings that has built in them character that helps them sustain their wealth.

Maintaining success is the most important thing any man should seek to know. “I was once a millionaire does not put food on any man’s table or pay any body’s bill. Maintaining success requires the strength of character, wisdom and skill that those who meet success do not have. Many who meet success are rash in decision making, quick tempered, inexperienced, wasteful and unrealistic in their expectations hence they make costly mistakes that could cause them a fortune.

It does not matter how successful you are if you do not maintain your success. Many people talk about prayer, anointing and confession of the word as if it is an excuse for lack of character. When weaknesses are not taken care of, they become magnified when success becomes evident and that can take you out more quickly than you think.

No man was born to be a failure but if you must succeed and maintain it you must be ready and well equipped to deal with yourself, build your character because lack of character is a limitation to your anointing. No matter how high you fly or go you will go down and fall so quickly if you are not able to maintain your success because of lack of character.
Lack of character is a dangerous weakness, the most nasty people I have seen many times are Christian, spiritual people who think the Holy Spirit will do it all, yes God is powerful but if you don’t learn simple things as simple as “good morning, having a pleasant personality, humility, kindness, friendliness, public relations and relationship management,” how can you explain to people how spiritual you are? Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care. Maintaining success is possibly, it is one thing every man should desire, put your character in place, learn what you need to learn and move on.

Do something new today, learn the way of greatness even if you met wealth like J.P Morgan you can take it to another level. Wealth and success requires a high level a discipline habits not tamed can be your doom, no matter who you are, there is always who you can be. If you are wealthy great, teach your children how to handle and maintain wealth because wealth proclaimed, wealth attained but not maintained equals failure. What makes you truly successful not just that you made wealth but you maintained it, sustained it and pass it to the next generation that’s why I consider D.J Rockefeller as one of the greatest men that ever lived, over two hundred years ago but his wealth keeps multiplying till tomorrow, these men must have known something we all need to pay attention to, many people start businesses that fail in their life time or after they are dead, when your business cannot do without you, that business owns you, you don’t own that business.

Realize that your failure or success can affect the next generation, in life, business, ministry or whatever you do, think and plan ahead, don’t get satisfied with mediocrity, move on, press on keep dreaming, keep proclaiming, attaining but most importantly maintaining your wealth, cause that is when you are truly successful. No matter how much success you attain you are a big faliure if you don't know how to maintain your success.

BE VALUABLE BY EZEKIEL MOSES

I believe in love, I believe in caring, I believe in adding value to people. Value may not always be physically tangible but it can be felt and experienced. Value felt increases efficiency, it impacts lives and it cannot be denied. Value is not about what you get in return, not adding value to others in life is to live a worthless life.

The worth of your life is determined by the value you create and add to others, life always celebrates men of vision. Men of vision are men of value. When you are valuable, you are sort after.

Many people are available but they are not valuable. Being available does not necessarily mean you are valuable. Being valuable is not about what you get but what you give. Many people think leadership is about bossing people about, no!

Leadership is about value creation, its about influencing people for a positive change and impacting their lives so, I can boldly say not all leaders are valuable.

Value is about relevance, being indispensable, when you are valuable you are needed and when you are needed you are rewarded. Nelson Mandela died  the whole world stood still, 91 Head of States gathered from different nations of the world, why? He simply was a man of value, beyond politics, he was a father, a counselor, an adviser, a humanitarian who sacrificed all not for cheap publicity but from a heart of love he gave value and he became valuable, this is what it mean to be valuable.

To become valuable, do what others will not do, give what others will not give not with the mind of announcing yourself but with a heart that cares.

Add value today, do it now it begins with what you say, what you do, how you do it and why you do it. Increase your worth by increasing your value, its just a decision away. It begins with a vision, see what others don't see and do what others don't do. Always, find a need and fix it, never leave people the way you met them, "better to give than receive" is the key to value creation that unlocks the door to endless possibility.

Be a plus, add value daily, when you add value, you increase in value. When you don't add value you are not valuable, you decrease in value!

MOVING STRANGER BY EZEKIEL MOSES

Am a moving stranger
Am a moving sailor
On perfect transit
On planet earth
In world uncertain
In world of struggle
Struggle in poverty
Struggle in greatness
From cradle to grave
A journey uncertain

Am a moving stranger
From eternity to time
From time to eternity
This moment I have
This moment must count
Tomorrow uncertain
Tomorrow not my own
To live is to move
In kindness in truth
A journey unknown

Am a moving stranger
Moving to great beyond
Each day takes me closer
But this world I owe
A foot print, a name and landmark
So the earth don’t get richer
Memories they fade away
Am a memory to stay
A legend alive in death
Like Mandela in world unkind

Am a moving stranger
This world not my own
But this world I rule
Am a moving stranger
Meeting people unknown
The more I know the more I need to know
The heart is deep and dark
The face is fair and freak
Travel around the world
One day from dust to dust
What you do is what will count
But from the world I came
No more pain no more darkness

NIGERIA OH NIGERIA: BY EZEKIEL MOSES

Nigeria oh Nigeria
Mother of Africa
Nigeria oh Nigeria
Where the sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening
Giant of Africa
The strength and power of Africa
Mother of all black nations
A land filled with beauty beyond comprehension
Full of great people, culture, traditions, tribes, ethnic groups
Beautiful vegetation and land

Nigeria oh Nigeria
Your children are great in all the land
They excel in all nations of the earth
A land of peace though ravaged by corruption, insecurity
Ethnic crises, poverty, Boko Haram, reveries, political and religious crisis
Yet like a child in distress there is hope in your future

Nigeria oh Nigeria
Mother of Africa
Pride of all nations
Your beauty speaks
Rich in wealth and natural resources
Yet in need
Rich in agriculture, live stock, crude oil, gold
Silver mineral, natural and human resources
Looted by colonial masters
Countless of your children lost in slave trade
Yet in unity
Hmm! You fought and conquered Biafra war
And brought your children back in unity

Nigeria oh Nigeria
Soon your destiny no longer shall be mere dreams or fantasies
Electricity and security your possession
Darkness and corruption a thing of the past
Underdeveloped? No longer shall you be called
Your green passport all shall gladly seek
Then shall all nation of the world come under your shelter
Mother of Africa

Nigeria oh Nigeria
Rich in culture
Vast in land
Land of joy, land of fruitfulness
Symbol of peace, symbol of hope
Surrounded by waters, sign of wealth, joy and peace
Peace keeper art thou been to nations
Like the mother hen protect her children from the invading eagle
Fifty three years and still counting
Yet are your children waxing strong in unity
Like the renewed eagle your strength and beauty grow each day
All hail Nigeria!
My mother land
Land of love, peace, hope and unity
Nigeria my Nigeria
God bless Nigeria!

CARPENTER DEVIN BY EZEKIEL MOSES

From the beginning The Word He is
Slain from the foundation of the world
The seed of the woman to bruise the head of the serpent
A Word of good tidings spoken by the angel
A promise from ages past
Conceived by a virgin laid in a manger
Worshiped by wise men
Sort for death by Harold
Now in Egypt hide

God The Word now made Flesh
A Nazarene of Bethlehem despised
A Carpenter Devin, a Savior is born
At twelve the lawyers wonder
What manner of Child is this?
Son of a carpenter, just as God He speaks
Badly beautiful rumors
But miracles un-denied
A child, a boy in wisdom and favor He grew

Is this not the Carpenter?
A fisher of men He is
The Twelve with Him about
Many signs and wonders to show
The high priest the Pharisee disturbed
No more food of deception The Carpenter proclaim
Could He be the Messiah? They asked
But how come a Carpenter? They wondered

Carpenter Devin, Son of God so true
Authority they questioned
How come, He claims to be God?
Signs and wonders un-deniable
Hail Him King of kings, Hosanna, proclaimed
Conspiracy emerged, betrayed with a kiss
Crucify Him! Protest
A thief preferred instead
Nailed Him to the cross, He died

Carpenter Devin, there He lay in death
The soldiers the grave secured
Good morning! The third day
A thunder strike the angels sing
The King is risen, never to die again
